Terrace Media, publisher of Inside SAP magazine, today announced its acquisition by the North Sydney-based niche publisher Flapjack Media.
The opportunity has arisen following last year’s successful relaunch of Inside SAP as an interactive online magazine, and an increase in the publication’s frequency from quarterly to bi-monthly.
Effective 1st July 2010, Flapjack has acquired 100% of the publication, along with the upcoming Inside Business Intelligence magazine, scheduled for launch in late 2010.
“Flapjack has worked closely with Terrace Media (www.insidesap.com.au) for some time, providing significant services in editorial management, design and production and advertising sales. The acquisition is an opportunity for Flapjack to further develop Inside SAP utilising the expertise we have developed through an extensive specialist magazine publishing background,” said Freya Purnell, Director, Flapjack Media, on the acquisition.

Following the acquisition, Everett will maintain a continued association with the titles for a minimum of two years, including an ongoing position on the editorial committee as well as ongoing consulting commitments.
